On Saturday, October 26, 2019 The Rumson Police Department will be participating in The D.E.A.’s National Prescription Drug Take-Back from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. This aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications. All wishing to dispose of their unwanted and expired medications may do so at The Rumson Police Department (80 East River Road, Rumson N.J. 07760). Anyone wishing to dispose of unwanted and expired medications after the listed date and time may also do so, as the Rumson Police Department has a permanent disposal box and accepts medication disposal year round.
