2020 Landscaper Operator's Permits

Dear Landscaper:

For your convenience a link to the application for the Rumson Landscaper Operator's Permit for 2020 is given below. The fee schedule is $50.00 for two tags and $5.00 for each additional tag that is required for your fleet.

Please list all vehicles being used in the Borough of Rumson. If additional space is needed, please use a separate sheet of paper and list the information required. Return the completed application along with any additional information and your payment cash or check made payable to Rumson Borough.

As a reminder, the following will be adhered to:

1. The application/renewal deadline is April 1, 2020
2. Vehicle hang tags must be displayed for inspection from all vehicles working in the Borough of Rumson
3. Failure to obtain a permit will result in a violation and possible fine

The hours of operation of equipment such as leaf blowers and gasoline-powered lawn equipment/yard maintenance equipment must follow Borough Ordinances. Hours of operation of noise-generating equipment are Monday-Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm, or during daylight savings time, 7:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

NO LANDSCAPER IS PERMITTED TO WORK IN THE BOROUGH ON SUNDAYS OR MAJOR HOLIDAYS.
