Notice of Fairness Hearing Rescheduled to June 22, 2020

Due to technical difficulties during the scheduled Affordable Housing Fairness Hearing broadcast on Monday, June 15, 2020, the court proceeding was terminated and will resume on the alternate date of Monday, June 22, 2020 at 10:30 a.m.

A new additional court date of July 9, 2020 at 9:00 AM was also added in the event that additional proceedings are required.
